Kundalini Yoga is a Yoga of Awareness, a technology that helps us awaken to our truth and the experience of the universal consciousness. It is a dynamic blend of asanas (postures), mantra (sound), mudra (hand gesture) and pranayama (breathing techniques). This beautiful and powerful practice stimulates not only the Kundalini, the energy of creative potential but also the flow of prana – the life force energy.
Kundalini Yoga activates, balances and strengthens both physical and energetic systems in your body. During the session every aspect of your being gets a workout and a tune up.
Kundalini Yoga is very transformative. With regular practice you will start noticing positive changes manifesting in your life.
